Once an issue is identified, the system classifies the problem on a priority P1 through P4 scale, with P1 being the most severe. The level of severity is determined by analyzing the impact of the issue to both the network as well as client devices. Once the issue’s priority is established, the AI will recommend a course of action on the best ways to remediate the problem. 

By leveraging Incident Analytics, mean-time-to-identification (MTTI) and mean-time-to-remediation (MTTR) are dramatically reduced, reducing time and effort as well as operating expenses (OpEx).
