Hello,I have an old T300 AP that was running ZD firmware, and I accidentally updated it to an unleashed version. Since then, I haven't been able to migrate it back to ZD firmware.Using FTPD64 via SSH, it seems to require a .bl7 version, but I only have .img files to migrate. The interface is buggy because the "Firmware Upgrade" section is completely grayed out.Thank you in advance for your help.

Hey everyone,I work in a small compagny,I manage the network. There are 10 employees.I need to implement APs.I've done my homework, and I'm going to use lightweight APs with a controller. I don't know the brand yet, but a friend recommended RUCKUS.How do you choose the right type? I have 200m² to cover, but it's spread over several rooms and not on the same floor. I haven't found any software to help me decide what type of AP to install and where in the building.I learned with:-https://www.networkacademy.io/ccna/wireless/lightweight-ap-architecture-https://pingmynetwork.com/network/ccna-200-301/frequency-bands-and-non-overlapping-channelsChatGPT tells me Netspot. Has anyone used it?

Hey Ruckus community,I'm running into multiple clients with the same IPv4 address in our wireless environment. We've been digging into this pretty hard and I'm hoping someone has some good recommendations to help us figure this out:So far, I've seen the IP duplicates in pairs (two devices, one IP address) - this is gathered by exporting ALL wireless clients from our smartzone, sorting by IP and filtering for duplicates. The results are fairly consistent - we have 15-30 clients with duplicate entries during the business day (out of 2,000-3,000 clients), and they are from two of our WLANs. A majority of these devices are our managed Windows 11 clients, and a small portion is guest mobile devices/phones. We have 8-hour DHCP and DNS leases from on-prem DHCP and DNS servers. In these situations, the 'newer' of the two clients has a valid DHCP lease, but is unable to pass traffic. The 'older' of the two clients has no DHCP lease, but still appears connected in SmartZone. While working with support, we've disassociated the 'older' client and service was immediately restored to the 'newer' client. In the one instance I've managed to get my hands on both devices fighting over an IP, the 'older' device was in hibernation and immediately changed IP addresses/got a new DHCP lease once booted. Here are some of the things we've looked into:DHCP pool sizes, reservations, and static IP addresses - none of these show any signs of problemsDate/time on affected clients, DHCP server - no signs of issues yetMAC addresses of affected clients are uniqueMAC/ARP tables on routers have plenty of roomConflict Detection is enabled (2 tries) on DHCP serverDHCP Dynamic DNS updates enabledNo load balancers/redundant DHCP servers (no replication)Sorry for the long post, but hopefully if you've read this far you can throw me some suggestions to look into!

I am attempting a firmware upgrade of my ICX 7550 L3 switch stack via TFTP. FromVersion 08.0.95fc to 10.0.1g (stability release). When attempting to copy from the TFTP, I am getting persistent timeout errors on the TFTP server and eventual failure on the switch side.I have set up a PC as a TFTP server (10.17.2.100) and downloaded the new OS .bin image ("GZR10010g_cd6ufi.bin") that I am wanting to install.I was able to copy configurations successfully from the Core to the TFTP server successfully"copy running-config tftp 10.17.2.100 old_run" succeeds. File is copied to the TFTP locationWhen I try to copy from the TFTP server to the core, it fails."copy tftp flash 10.17.2.100 GZR10010g_cd6ufi.bin secondary" failingReturn failure code to the stack is "error code 17"Troubleshooting steps so far include:1. Trying different file locations2. Checking file permissions3. Disabling Windows firewall4. Rebooting the stack5. Running TFTP server application as administratorAny ideas are appreciated!
