Located on the iconic Byron Bay coastline in Australia, Elements of Byron is a five-star eco-resort spanning 50 acres of rainforest, dunes and beachfront. With luxury, nature and guest experience at its core, reliable connectivity has become essential to supporting the modern resort lifestyle, from digital entertainment to mobile-enabled guest services.
The resort partnered with RUCKUS to replace its legacy network with a high-performance Wi-Fi 6 solution powered by RUCKUS R650 access points, ICX switching and the RUCKUS One cloud platform. The new infrastructure delivers seamless roaming across villas, restaurants, pools and cabanas while supporting staff tablets and smart sustainability systems such as solar monitoring and energy optimization.
With a network as dependable as the resort is serene, Elements of Byron now offers uninterrupted connectivity for every guest and team member, enabling an experience where travelers can connect deeply with nature while staying effortlessly connected online.
