Reliable connectivity is critical across AVES’s distributed manufacturing and warehouse operations. To support business continuity, inventory tracking and network visibility, the company sought to standardize its network environment and unify management across sites.
Using RUCKUS access points, ICX switches and the RUCKUS One platform, AVES gained centralized management, improved network continuity and measurable operational improvements, including higher inventory accuracy, fewer picking errors and reduced network-related support demands.

The Challenge: Support reliable operations across distributed manufacturing and warehouse environment
Manufacturing operations depend on seamless communication between production, warehousing, quality control and administrative functions. AVES needed a network architecture capable of supporting those environments while maintaining operational efficiency and security. Network segmentation was required to isolate users, devices and business functions across the organization.
The company needed to minimize downtime, strengthen security and maintain accurate real-time inventory tracking across geographically distributed facilities. A network disruption affecting one area of the business would risk impacting wider operations.
“To identify the most suitable solution, three different brands were evaluated during the quotation period. RUCKUS emerged as the optimal choice, offering a balance between cost-effectiveness and performance. Consequently, RUCKUS was selected for deployment in the AVES Network project. It is important to note that RUCKUS solutions fully meet our technical requirements and even exceed them in several areas.”
Sefa Atasoy, IT Manager, AVES Enerji ve Gıda San.
The Solution: Standardizing network management with RUCKUS
AVES consolidated its multi-brand network environment onto a standardized RUCKUS architecture. The deployment combined RUCKUS One, RUCKUS access points and RUCKUS ICX switches to simplify network management, improve visibility and unify operations across sites.
RUCKUS One provided a single management platform for network visibility, monitoring and administration, helping reduce operational complexity while supporting interoperability across the network environment. The platform enabled proactive monitoring, centralized control and simplified network management.
RUCKUS access points supported secure connectivity, VLAN-based traffic segmentation and reliable wireless performance in environments where machinery and large metal structures can affect signal propagation.
RUCKUS ICX switches delivered the performance, scalability and resilience required for real-time manufacturing and warehouse operations while centralizing management through RUCKUS One.
