Jim Palmer is a Senior Product Solutions Architect, RUCKUS Wireless and Cloud at CommScope. His focus is on Wi-Fi and any wireless-centric solutions for the RUCKUS BU in the Venue and Campus Networks segment.

He is a Certified Wireless Networking Expert (CWNE) #304, Ekahau Design #101, Ekahau Troubleshooting #9, Ekahau Master #31.  He also holds a Commercial Radio License and a General Class Amateur Radio License from the US FCC.

In addition, Jim Palmer will delivering a short presentation on Tue Feb 22nd at 13:00: “Impact of MAC Randomization on today's Wi-Fi Networks

Chris Clements is a 30-year telecom industry veteran. Chris has performed engineering and development work for large carriers like ATT and Comcast as well as managed Network Engineering and Operations at the University of California, Davis, where he was responsible for the development, delivery, and maintenance of voice, data, video, and emergency radio services for the University, consisting of 50,000 faculty, students, and staff.

At RUCKUS Networks, Chris provides engineering and design support focused on Education, Manufacturing, and Multi-Family housing environments.
